ResinTech EWS on a hotel parkade ramp, laid half the ramp at a time so the parkade stayed open.

ResinTech EWS across the 8,400 square foot parkade ramp of the Sutton Place Hotel in Downtown Vancouver. The work was done at night and half the ramp at a time, so the parkade stayed open throughout.

Parkade concrete restoration, Mapei

Saw-cut repairs broken out to the rebar, the steel cleaned and coated in Mapei Mapefer 1K, then patched in Mapei Planitop 18.

Concrete restoration at a parkade. The edges of each repair were saw-cut clean first and the loose concrete broken out with a hammer inside them; the exposed rebar was cleaned by wire brush and coated with Mapei Mapefer 1K rebar protection, and the repairs were patched with Mapei Planitop 18. The concrete in a baggage handling area had become slippery. We shot blasted the slab, stripping its smooth top and leaving an even, open texture that grips, then sealed it over that texture, so the floor is non-slip without a coating on top.
